Shipping policy
If you clicked this form from the appointment book, this section does not apply to you as appointments are services and can not be shipped. This only applies to physical items that we must ship out to our customers chosen addresses.
International orders and customs information: International customers are responsible for any and all additional duties, taxes, and fees. Abandoning the package due to not wanting to pay the additional duties, taxes and fees that may be applied at delivery will result in complete forfeiture. Pay your duties, taxes, and fees and accept the package that you ordered. Refunds will not be given on orders that were abandoned at customs. Please check your customs policies before placing your orders.
Remember, we are an artisan shop, and all of our items are hand made with love.
This means, it will take time to put your order together. we make sure to do quality checks and we fill and pack each item with love and care so that they survive typical shipping abuses. we handle a large volume of sales, so it may take up to 2 weeks to process your order, before shipping it out.
Shipping time is determined by the carrier. Bruja perfume lab is not the carrier, we have no control over how long the carrier takes to actually deliver the package. Please see the shipping info to track your order.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address. If the customer enters the wrong address, please message us immediately. If your order has already shipped with the bad address there would be nothing we can do except pray and hope the package is returned to sender(us), if it is returned, please message us and pay the reshipping fee so that we can finally get your order to you. reshipping fees can range from $3-$25 depending on the service requested, within the united states. International reshipping costs are $25-$75 depending on service requested. If you decide not to reship, your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee... so basically don't mess up your address.
Missing orders are taken on a case by case basis: we have been running our online business and we are aware of all the shipping scams out there. Please don't try us, we will call your local authorities, the FBI, and USPS, and report you for mail fraud, which is a federal offense. We love our business and we will protect it at all costs.
That being said...
If your order really was lost in transit, we will contact the shipping provider to make sure the information is true, once we verify that the package was indeed lost, and the carrier admits fault, we will be able to help reship your items.
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Our store is not responsible for the order once it is delivered. Porch piracy is dastardly and horrible crime, but it is a risk you as a customer are taking when you order anything online, make sure you have a secure location to accept orders, collect orders asap to avoid theft, and PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY!
We will move heaven and earth to ship your orders out safely and securely, but please remember we are a small artisan family business, and there is only so much we can do. Take care of us and we will take care of you.
